# Why do my mobile purchases not appear in my account?

For mobile purchases to appear in your account, you must be **logged in inside the mobile app with the same account** you use on the website. This is required for purchases to be registered to your account. If the app includes **in-app purchases**, you should also restore them:

**Menu → Store → Restore Purchases**

This will refresh the purchase information and ensure your mobile purchases are properly **linked to your account**.
