Why do my mobile purchases not appear in my account?

For mobile purchases to appear in your account, you must be logged in inside the mobile app with the same account you use on the website. This is required for purchases to be registered to your account. If the app includes in-app purchases, you should also restore them:


Menu → Store → Restore Purchases


This will refresh the purchase information and ensure your mobile purchases are properly linked to your account.
