# Where can I download expansion packs?

Expansion packs do **not need to be downloaded manually**.

If you are **logged in inside the software**, a popup will normally appear prompting you to **download the expansion pack** as soon as it becomes available for your account.

The software periodically checks your licenses automatically. If the popup does not appear after some time, you can **force the check manually** by using the **Restore Purchases** option inside the app. This will refresh your licenses and trigger the expansion pack download if one is available.
