# I purchased modules, but they now appear as not purchased. What should I do?

If you previously purchased modules but they appear as not purchased, you may need to **restore your purchases**.

This can happen if the app was **reinstalled or installed on a new device**.

To restore your purchases, go to:

**Menu → Store → Restore Purchases**

This will force the app to refresh your purchases and unlock any modules linked to your account. If the modules still appear as not purchased after restoring, please **contact support** for further assistance.
